Waller Scholarships

Waller Scholarships provide one year of scholarship support for approximately 130 CLA undergraduates and transfer students. Recipients will be awarded a stipend of approximately $2,500 for the 2008-2009 academic year. The scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit and indicated financial need, with some consideration given to co- or extracurricular involvement.

Students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or better in all college coursework. They must also officially declare a CLA major and intend to pursue a degree from the College of Liberal Arts. Students who plan to complete their undergraduate program in a different college (e.g., Carlson School of Management, College of Biological Sciences, etc.) are not eligible for this scholarship.
